Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect purchases or change of mind once fabric has been cut, or once digital products have been delivered. 

Cut fabrics may not be returned (unless of course it is our mistake). If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do what we can to fix it for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The colour of fabrics as depicted online cannot be guaranteed by Fabric Cartel due to variances beyond our control such as computer monitor settings. In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong fabric or you find that your fabric is faulty, we will replace the fabric at no charge or if we are unable to do this due to the product being unavailable we will refund both the fabric cost and the shipping fee (if applicable).

All claims on faulty items must be made within 21 days of purchase & proof of purchase must be provided.  To make a claim please email us at headhoncho@fabriccartel.com

We do not price match other businesses.

To start a return, you can contact us at headhoncho@fabriccartel.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping envelope, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

As a general rule, we do not offer cancellations. This particularly applies on PRE-ORDER items as we order those fabrics based on the pre-sales of those fabrics. If you decide to cancel your order before it has shipped, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. 

Preorders - ALL preorders are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Blocks of the Month are non-cancellable within 30 days of the start date or during the block of the month.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or pre orders.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

No Refund Policy – Bus Trip Bookings

Please note that all bookings for our bus trips are strictly non-refundable.

Our buses are booked and fully paid for 48 hours prior to the departure date, which means that once we reach the 48-hour mark, all seats are confirmed and locked in. At this stage, we are unable to cancel seats or issue refunds for any reason, including change of mind, illness, or personal circumstances.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your seat to another person, but it is your responsibility to arrange this and let us know the new attendee’s details before departure.

We appreciate your understanding, as this policy ensures we can continue offering reliable, affordable bus trips for everyone.
